Newborn (0-4 weeks)
Newborn kittens are completely dependent on their mother. They spend most of their time sleeping and nursing. Their eyes begin to open around 10 days old.
Kitten (1-3 months)
This is a period of rapid development. Kittens begin to explore their environment, play and learn social behaviors by interacting with their siblings.
Young cat (3-6 months)
At this stage, kittens become more independent. They begin to hone their hunting skills and explore more. Now is the perfect time to start education.
Adolescent (6-12 months)
Young cats are entering adolescence and can sometimes test the limits. They continue to grow and get stronger. A balanced diet is essential to support their growth.
