Signs that your cat is healthy

Shiny and soft coat
A smooth, shiny coat is one of the best indicators of a cat's good health. A dull or dry coat may be a sign of a nutritional or medical problem.

Regular appetite
A healthy cat eats regularly and enthusiastically. If your cat refuses to eat or loses weight, it may indicate a health problem.

Active and alert behavior
Healthy cats are often curious and active. They interact with their environment and are interested in playing and exploring.

Clean eyes and ears
Bright eyes without discharge, and clean ears without odor or residue, are signs of good health. Check these areas regularly for any changes.
